LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

FREDONIA - Leslie A. Robles, 30, of Fredonia, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued by Busti Town Court after she failed to appear in court on numerous occasions for an original charge of petit larceny. She was arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.

ELLICOTT POLICE

A 17-year-old Falconer male was charged with fourth-degree conspiracy at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 16. According to police, officers were dispatched to Falconer Video for a robbery that had just occurred and found two people who were allegedly involved. Detectives later learned of other suspects present during the robbery and obtained an arrest warrant for the youth. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending further action.

Raymond A. Hodnett Jr., 21, of Falconer, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Sunday after he allegedly caused damage to a victim's computer by dumping water on it. He was arraigned and will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

MAYVILLE - Scott Hess, 45, of Mayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater at 5:45 p.m. Sunday. According to police, Hess struck a parked car before continuing to strike a tree. He will be in court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

DUNKIRK - Donna A. Brown, 40, and Jesus X. Reyes, 18, both of Dunkirk, were charged with petit larceny at 10:22 p.m. Thursday. Both will be in court later.

PERRYSBURG - Chad J. Stevens, 46, of Irving, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:15 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.

FRENCH CREEK - Scott D. Grant, 49, of Cheektowaga, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment at 3:28 a.m. Saturday. He was held pending further action.

HANOVER - Laura A. Ball, 49, of Forestville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated per se at 10:45 p.m. Friday. She was later released to a third-party.

POMFRET - Matthew J. Eberle, 19, of East Amherst, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated at 2:28 a.m. Sunday.

RANDOLPH - McKenna A. Phearsdorf, 18, of Allegany, was charged with violating the alcoholic beverage container law at 1 p.m. Friday. Phearsdorf will be in court later.

NORTH HARMONY - Jayson Tyler Klein, 20, of East Northport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:17 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

SOUTH DAYTON - A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old were both charged with criminal mischief at on Sunday. Both will be in court later.
