CHERRY CREEK - Alyson M. Frost, 44, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at her home on Orchard Street in Cherry Creek, N.Y.
She was born Sept. 4, 1968, in Gowanda, N.Y., the daughter of James E. and Alice M. (Weber) Frost.
She was employed with Lycoming Housing as a housing representative and will be remembered for her love of animals and nature, and her kindness toward others.

She is survived by her mother, Alice M. Hunt of Cherry Creek, N.Y.; her father, James E. Frost of Indianapolis; a sister, Angela Eklund, and a niece, Haley M. Eklund, both of Cherry Creek, N.Y. Also surviving are her step-brothers: Timothy and Anthony (Denise) Hunt of Youngstown, Ohio, and Todd Hunt; and a step-sister, Kelly Luft.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Hunt, on April 28, 2012.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at 5 p.m. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Balcom Corners, South Dayton, N.Y. The Rev. Mike Anderson of Family Church of Cattaraugus County will be officiating. She will be scattered on the beautiful Seneca Lake.
Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m.
