Herbert "Herb" Coe, 79, died Sept. 28, 2012, with his family by his side.
Herb was born Aug. 29, 1933, in Stockton, N.Y., to the late G. Elwood and Lois (Woodruff) Coe.
A graduate of Cassadaga High School, he was a veteran of the Korean War.
He was a minister of the Seventh-day Adventist church for 36 years.
He is survived by his son, Loren Coe of New York; daughter, Donice (Charles) Valentine of Mas-sachusetts; five grandchil-dren; sisters: Irene (Coe) Hauschild and Donna (Coe) Rees; brothers: Paul and Erwin Coe; and many nieces and nephew, cousins and special friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie (Elder) of 57 years; and daughter, Linda (Coe) Currie.
A memorial service was held on Oct. 14, in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
