JAMESTOWN POLICE
Douglas P. Beardsley Jr., 28, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 4:10 a.m. Saturday. According to police, officers were dispatched to 2 Barrows St. for a criminal mischief complaint. They spoke to a person who said Beardsley threw items around the kitchen and broke them. Beardsley was found and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
Andrew A. Clark, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with making an improper left turn, failure to keep right, insufficient turning signals, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, felony driving while intoxicated and felony driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater at 2:11 a.m. Saturday. Clark also had a valid warrant issued for second-degree aggravated harassment. Clark will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

LAKEWOOD - Ryan S. Sandberg, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 3:18 p.m. Saturday. He was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. He will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
ELLICOTT - Joshua H. Cook, 22, of Lakewood was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and speeding at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He was taken into custody and processed. Cook was later released and will be in court later.
POMFRET - Rienaldo Roman, 44, of Brocton was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, unlawful parking on a highway, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 4:05 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
CASSADAGA - Adam Brandi, 24, of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se with a nblood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and speeding at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
DUNKIRK Marcos A. Torres, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se at 5:05 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
MAYVILLE - Joseph C. Smeraldo, 51, of Jamestown was charged with issuing a bad check at 8 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
NORTH HARMONY - Carl R. Vergith, 25, of Gresham, S.C., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7. He will be in court later.
Avril M. Stepowski, 48, of Perrysburg, was taken into custody as a fugitive of justice at 8:50 a.m. Thursday. She is being held pending further action.
ELLICOTT - Melanie N. Zembardo, 27, of Frewsburg was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 3:35 a.m. Saturday. She was later released to a third-party.
Zuleika M. Torres, 21, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:37 a.m. Saturday. She will be in court later.
PORTLAND - Charlene R. Abbey, 56, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree harassment at 10:45 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.
Francis E. Southwick, 34, of Jamestown was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 8:50 p.m. Saturday. She was later released to a third-party.
ELLICOTT - Vanessa M. Buck, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 7:13 a.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
BUSTI - Ryan J. Sturzenbecker, 29, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 5:55 a.m. Sunday. He was held pending further action.
POMFRET - Lakin E. Latone, 18, of Falconer and Sienna M. Pearson-Leeper, 18, of Jamestown were both charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 at 3:28 a.m. Sunday. Both will be in court later.
COLLINS - Evan M. Luke, 23, of Irving, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 12:31 a.m. Sunday. He was later released to a third party.
