SUGAR GROVE - Sugar Grove AMVETS Post 50 Auxiliary will host a bake sale starting at 11 a.m. Saturday and continuing until the items are gone. Proceeds will benefit the Sugar Grove Elementary School. Donations can be dropped off at the post Friday or Saturday.

Author To Speak At Railroaders Meeting
The Independent Railroaders will feature a presentation by Ken Springirth on Friday in the First Lutheran Church, 120 Chandler St., Jamestown. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The program will begin at 7 p.m. Springirth, the author of 18 railroad and trolly books, will speak on ''Remembering the Erie Lackawanna Railroad,'' from the beginning to the present, including the Erie Lackawanna Station in Jamestown.
