Southwestern Girls Edge Westfield

Southwestern needed just one goal on Wednesday as the Lady Trojans improved to 5-4-1 in Division1 and 7-6-1 overall by edging Westfield, 1-0 ,in girls soccer action.

That lone tally was scored by Mary Agarwala 23 minutes into the first half with the assist by Emily Wuebbolt.

Britta Johnson handled the net for Southwestern and picked up six saves, along with the victory.

Savannah Rowan collected 11 saves for Westfield (2-7, 4-8) in the loss.
