LAKEWOOD - Earl A. Johnson, 19, of Warren, Pa. was charged with petit larceny at 11:50 a.m. after taking a necklace from Spencer's Gifts at the Chautauqua Mall without paying. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

MAYVILLE - Joseph M. Nagy, 29, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.

ALLEGANY - Six minors were charged with possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 and Christopher S. Shelving of Salamanca, was charged with possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a minor at 1 a.m. Sunday. All of the subjects are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
