CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
William C. McKillip, 37, of Sherman was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions, speeding and following too close at 3:50 a.m. Thursday. According to police, deputies were called to Clymer-Corry Road for an accident and an investigation showed that McKillip was driving north on Clymer-Corry Road when he rear ended a farm tractor, ejecting the operator. The operator of the tractor was taken to Corry Hospital and treated for minor injuries. McKillip was charged and will appear in court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA - Joseph W. Duhan, 23, of Salamanca was taken into custody by the Salamanca Police on an unrelated charge at 11:03 a.m. Monday and then turned over to deputies on a violation of his probation warrant. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail and held without bail.
NAPOLI - Craig A. Dechow, 34, of Cattaraugus, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child under 15-year-old in the vehicle, driving with an open container of alcohol and inadequate exhaust at 8:07 p.m. Saturday. He was processed and released on tickets to be back in court at a later date.
DAYTON - Juli A. Thomas, 44, of Buffalo was taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Family Court. She was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. She is due back in court at a later date.
MANSFIELD - William P. Blenk, 45, of North Tonawanda was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, driving while intoxicated, failure to dim his headlights and failure to keep right at 10:25 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
