SINCLAIRVILLE - Phyllis A. Christy Klein, 66 of Sinclairville, died Fri-day, Oct. 5, 2012, at Buf-falo General Hospital.
She was born Nov. 10, 1945, in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late Donald and Eveline Lewis Christy. A Chautauqua County resident most of her life, she was a Cassadaga Valley Central School alumni.
While living in New Jer-sey, she was employed as a custodian and crossing guard for the Pemberton School District. Her and her husband were managers of the former Sinclairville Hotel.
She was a member of the Sinclairville Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxili-ary.
Phyllis enjoyed music, dancing and spending time with her "extended family" at the Sinclairville Su-perette.
Wife of 29 years to the late Henry A. Klein, who she eloped with on Jan.5, 1974, and who died Sept. 6, 2003; sister of Della (Larry) Downey and Harold (Sheryl) Christy, all of Sin-clairville and the late Ho-ward (late Norma) Christy; niece of Sylvia (Delbert) Nickerson of Cassadaga. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside service noon Wednesday in Evergreen Cemetery, Sinclairville. No prior visitation. Arrange-ments by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
