JAMESTOWN POLICE

Nicholas S. Rose, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with disobeying a traffic control device, driving the wrong direction on a one-way street, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 2:08 a.m. He will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

FREDONIA - Christopher L. Hillman, 23, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and speeding at 2:47 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

SHERIDAN - Annette M. Szopinski, 54, of Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 7 p.m. on Sept. 29. She was later released to a third party.

SHERMAN - A 17-year-old female from Sherman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:30 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.

CHERRY CREEK - James A. Johnson, 85, of Randolph, was charged with second-degree harassment at 1:20 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

DUNKIRK - Kevin R. Lack, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:30 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

PERSIA - Heather E. Gearman, 27, of Gowanda, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while her ability was impaired by a combination of alcohol and drugs at 11:05 p.m. Saturday. She will be in court later.
