Eleanor C. Larson, 92, formerly of 216 Bowen St., died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, in the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Jamestown, she was born Aug. 22, 1920, the daughter of Carl and Luella Peterson Larson.
She graduated from Sugar Grove High School in 1938 and Jamestown Business College in 1940.

Prior to her retirement in 1983, she was employed by Hope Architectural Products as a secretary for 23 years. She earlier had worked for Empire Insurance Company.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Salvation Army Ladies Aid and the Swedish Society. She was a former member of Carroll Senior Citizens.
She loved pets and flowers.
Surviving are a nephew, David Larson of Jamestown; a great-niece, Jessica Chapman of Jamestown; and caregiver and best friend, Roseann Himes of Jamestown.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, C. Elliott Larson, May 21, 1984; a nephew, Mark Larson and a niece, Nancy Larson.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel S. Rumfelt will officiate.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery, Sugar Grove.
Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
