JAMESTOWN AREA LEAGUE
Southwestern Spartans won all three games from Falconer in the Jamestown Area Midget Football League on Saturday.
The Spartans took care of Falconer, 33-26, in the Modified Division, then, had a 43-0 win in the Varsity Division and capped it off with a 20-6 victory in the Junior Varsity Division.

Paul Bancroft and Luke Greenlee scored two touchdowns each as the Southwestern defeated Falconer in the Modified Division.
Bancroft hit paydirt from distances of 5 and 8 yards while Greenlee went in from 10 and 3 yards. Casey Williams had a 37-yard touchdown run for the other score.
Cole Snyder had two extra pointss with one passing and another on a run.
Defensively, Vinny Certo had 11 tackles and an interception, Drew Shilling had six tackles and Bancroft recorded five tackles and a fumble recovery. Snyder added an interception and Donnie Dean blocked a punt.

In the Varsity Division, Southwestern was all over Falconer in recording a shutout.
Luke Heil and Josh Miller each went over 100 yards and scored twice. Heil rambled for 177 yards and Miller for 105 yards as the Spartans gained 463 yards rushing.
Alex Card and Dom Certo also hit paydirt for the Spartans.
Mitchell Pascarella made 14 tackles, Certo 12 and Austin Schnars 11 for the Spartans, who had Timmy Harris and Mason Mathews picked off passes.

Aidan Melquist rushed for 150 yards and had teedee runs of 79, 56 and 27 yards as the Spartans' junior varsity prevailed over Falconer.
Cameron Calimeri had 151 yards rushing as the offensive line did the job opening up the holes. Calimeri delivered two conversions.
Defensively, Nate Card was in on 20 tackles and Gaven Dewey 15 for the Spartans.
LAKE SHORE LEAGUE
The Frewsburg Bears topped Chautauqua Lake, 34-20, paced by a big performance by Cordell O'Brien, who scored four touchdowns on runs of 48, 30, 18 and 50 yards.
Bryce Warner also had a two-point conversion run and Trent Gray completed a pass to Dylan Greene for two points.
Defensively, Caleb Caldwell had an interception that he returned 40 yards for a score while Nicoles Marsh had fumble recovery. Also shining on defense were Joey Martin, Greene and Jared Sanfilippo.
For Chautauqua Lake, Josh Walsh scored on a 75-yard run, Adam Vaillancourt had a run of 60 yards for a touchdown and and John Wiggers scored on a 50-yard return.
Wiggers and Tyler Straver shined on defense.
