Donald and Karen Snyder of Randolph, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessie, to Ryan Richard, son of Charles and Brenda Richard of Kennedy, N.Y. Jessie is a graduate of Randolph Central School and Jamestown Community College. She is employed by Heritage Village and Randolph Manor. Her fiance is a graduate of Randolph Central School and Jamestown Community College. He is employed by Rand Machine Products, Inc.
