Lutheran Social Services and the WCA Wellness Program presents Ladies Night Out ''LOL!,'' for women 21 years of age and older from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Christ Chapel on the Lutheran Campus.
Featured will be Caren Kolerski, life coach, speaker and certified laughter yoga instructor; a wine tasting, chocolate and shopping. The event is limited to 100 registrants. Admission is $5 per person and registration is required. Register online at www.lutheran-jamestown.org or call 720-9122.
Ms. Kolerski promotes the use of laughter as both a stress reliever and a grounding technique, a reminder to take life a bit more lightly. She is the co-author of three books, the most recent, ''My True North.''
