MAYVILLE - A Mayville business with fresh, hip home decor will be celebrating a grand reopening and five-year anniversary Saturday.
Home Chic, 65 West Lake Road, Mayville, is the business that moved in May and reached its anniversary in July.
''We were way too busy this summer to celebrate our fifth anniversary and our move. We were still moving things around, renovating,'' said Kristie Brown, Home Chic owner with her husband, Andy. ''So we figured we could combine the two now and celebrate.''

During the event Saturday, the business will be showcasing its new coffee and tea bar. Also, Home Chic has new children's and ladies accessories sections to show customers.
''We're going to have a lot of things packed into one day. We will have coffee tasting for customers and other giveaways. We like to send people away with fun stuff,'' she said. ''People can come in and see our new products, and enjoy the new coffee and tea bar.''
During the grand reopening, a customer will be able to win coffee for a year. Also, there will be a giveaway for a $2,000 Carter sofa. Each ticket will cost $10 for the giveaway, with proceeds going to benefit a local family to help pay for cancer treatments.

The couple said they moved to the new location to have more room inside and outside the store.
''We wanted space to be able to grow and to make sure it was roomy enough where people can move around freely,'' she said. ''We wanted open space. A fun spot to be flexible with.''
Brown said the new location also has more parking, which people appreciate.
''With the parking lot being more accessible, it is a definite bonus for the customers,'' he said.
The main items in Home Chic are home decor products. From rugs to dinnerware to table linens to furniture, people can find several unique items they won't find in other stores.
''We opened the business because, at the time, it was difficult to find fun home decor items in your typical stores,'' Mrs. Brown said. ''We saw this as an opportunity to offer a different style of products.''
The business is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 269-2442 or visit www.homechicstore.com. Home Chic is also on Facebook.
