HARD TO ENFORCE
The Gateway Center on Water Street in Jamestown provides the community with a safe place to ride BMX bikes, inline skate or skateboard. Admission to the skate park is $5. A Sept. 17 article, "Hard to Enforce," did not mention the park at the Gateway Center as a safe place for bikes.
