Lisa Winchester and Matt Frantz announce their engagement.
Miss Winchester is the daughter of Timothy Winchester and Judy Winchester of Bemus Point, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Grant and Marian Winchester of Bemus Point, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of John and Sharon Frantz of Glenville, Pa.
Miss Winchester received a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business degree from University of Maryland. She is employed at Digital Management Incorporated as a management consultant in the greater D.C./Baltimore area. Her fiance is employed by Crown Imports as a market development manager for the Chesapeake area.
