Alexander Paces?SWCS

Maddy Alexander was the standout as Southwestern (2-0, 5-0) swept Jamestown, 25-17, 25-13, 25-18, in Division 1 girls volleyball on Wednesday evening.

Alexander had nine aces, six assists, six kills and four digs to lead the Lady Trojans.

Sally Rudny added five aces, four kills and a block, and Kara Schutte had four aces and two kills in the victory.

For Jamestown, Chrisanna Green recorded five kills and two blocks, Jessica Pace had two aces, three kills and five digs, Haley Jones had three aces, and Emily Kuropatwinski recorded 13 assists and four digs.

Jamestown won the junior varsity match, 25-19, 25-20, 19-25.
