Women's Club To Meet Tuesday

The Allen Park Women's Club will meet on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Fenton Museum, 67 Washington St., Jamestown. The members will receive a tour of the museum, followed by a meeting conducted by the president Virginia Chase and refreshments served by the following committee: Shirley Gustafson, chairwoman; Gladys Peterson, Lisa Gustafson and Roselyn Eggleston.

Papa John's To Open Tuesday

A grand opening of the Papa John's Pizza, 709 W. Third St., Jamestown, will be held 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. Papa John's will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Historical Society To Meet Monday

FREWSBURG - The Carroll Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Monday for its monthly meeting. The speaker will be Roxannne Miller, The Relief Zone executive director. Anyone interested is welcome to attend. The society meets behind the Carroll Town Hall, Main Street, Frewsburg.

County IDA To Meet Tuesday

BEMUS POINT - The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency board will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Lawson Boat Center, 73 Lakeside Drive, Bemus Point. The public is welcome to attend.

Library Board To Meet Tuesday

FREWSBURG - The Myers Memorial Library board of trustees will meet meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the community room. The meeting is open to the public.

City Planning

To Meet Tuesday

The Jamestown Planning Commission will meet at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the mayor's conference room on the fourth floor of Jamestown City Hall, 200 E. Third St., Jamestown. The public is welcome to attend.

Cemetery Board To Meet Tuesday

SOUTH VALLEY - St. Mary's Cemetery, Gurnsey Hollow Road, South Valley, will hold a committee meeting at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Horseshoe Inn, West Perimeter Road, South Valley. Anyone interested in helping restore the cemetery or in the history of the cemetery are welcome to attend. For more information, call 354-6683 or 763-6105.

Library To Hold Story Time

ELLINGTON - The Farman Free Library, 760 Thornton Road, Ellington, presents Bedtime Stories for the Very Young at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. "Leaves" will feature stories, games and activities geared to children through first grade. Registration is not necessary but is appreciated. For more information or to register a child, call 287-2945 during regular business hours or e-mail farmanfreelib@stny.rr.com. Parents, grandparents or a child care provider must be present during program. The library is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to noon each Saturday.
