Kristan E. Berggren and Andrew J. Garvey announce their engagement.
Miss Berggren is a 2003 graduate of Randolph Central School and a 2012 graduate of the State University at Fredonia with a bachelor's degree in English and is pursuing her master's degree in mass media communications and journalism and public relations at the University of Clarion. She is employed by the YWCA. Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Panama Central School and a 2011 graduate of the State University at Fredonia with a bachelor's degree in English education. He is employed at Randolph Central School.
A June 29, 2013, wedding is planned.
