Harold and Mary Phanco of Sinclairville, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Dustin Wilson, the son of Harold and Wanda Lobb. Miss Phanco is also the granddaughter of Charlotte Shreve and the late Ivan Shreve and the late Margarie and Walter Phanco. Her fiance is the grandson of Ronald and Barbara Bowen.
Miss Phanco is a graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central High School. She is employed by Banfield Veterinarian Hospital. Her fiance is a graduate of Southwestern High School and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He is employed by Suite-Kote of Washington, Pa.
A Sept.14, 2013, wedding is planned.
