Richard S. and Dora C. Wedlock of Jamestown, N.Y. celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 15, 2012, with a family dinner. They have three children: Michael Wedlock of Gettysburg, Pa., Laurie Lassinger and Jenny Wedlock, both of Jamestown. They also have two grandsons and two granddaughters.
Wedlock and the former Dora Anderson were married Sept. 15, 1962, at Scandia Covenant Church, Scandia, Pa. The Rev. Kenneth Pearson performed the ceremony.
Wedlock is retired from Sprinchorn and Company, where he was a project coordinator. Dora is also retired and is active in church activities and the Allen Park Women's Club. They attend Hillcrest Baptist Church in Jamestown.
