Celoron-West Ellicott Seniors will meet for a tureen lunch at noon Wednesday in the Herman Kent Legion Post.
Members attending should take their table service and a dish to pass. Lucy Arone and Laura Winans are the committee.
The seniors met recently in the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club for a chicken barbecue catered by Falconer Food.
Adrian Smith gave a reading on Jamestown in the 1970s.
Betty Nelson celebrated her 87th birthday.
Arlene Christofferson conducted the meeting. Reports were approved as read. Discussion was on the United Senior Council meeting and the senior dinner dance on Sept. 19 in the Kiantone Fire Hall. The cost is $11 per person.
Nola Riley conducted games and closed the meeting with prayer.
