JAMESTOWN POLICE

Jhensen Tellado-Rivera, 25, was charged with third-degree robbery, criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful imprisonment at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the area of East Second and Winsor streets to speak with a victim of a domestic dispute. The victim had allegedly been punched in the face, held against her will, choked and had a phone taken from her, all in front of a small child. Tellado-Rivera is currently in the city jail waiting arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Charles R. Meachum III, 33, of Jamestown, was wanted by the Sheriff's office for a Family Court warrant. He has been taken into custody and the warrant will be canceled. He has also been removed from the Chautauqua County Most Wanted list.

Daniel L. Palmer, 27, of Ripley, was wanted by the Sheriff's office for second-degree assault. He has been located in Chicago, Ill. He has also been removed from the Chautauqua County Most Wanted list.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

RANDOLPH -A 17-year-old male from Randolph was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 6 p.m. Monday. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court later.

SALAMANCA - Joseph W. Kozakiewicz Jr., 36, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and driving with no/inadequate headlamps at 3:34 a.m. Sunday. He was processed and released on appearance tickets and is due back in court later.

LEON - Ryan J. Paulisick, 19, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny on Monday. According to a police report, Paulisick allegedly entered a residence on Ruckh Hill Road in the Town of Leon and stole property from within. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

ALLEGANY - Michael W. McIntosh, 27, of Allegany, was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing at 5 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, McIntosh and his wife were involved in a domestic dispute at their residence. During the incident, the subject allegedly kicked, slapped and choked the victim. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and will be back in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

POLAND - Timothy L. Boscom, 62, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree harassment at 7 p.m. on July 31. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

CHARLOTTE -Timothy J. Payne, 26, of Cassadaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent at 10:42 p.m. Monday. He was issued appearance tickets for the charges and will be in court later.

KIANTONE - Kenneth M. Ruch, 52, of Ashville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI at 11:38 p.m. Monday. He was later released to a third party.
