Jamestown Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the subjects responsible for multiple incidents of criminal mischief.

The JPD received information on Saturday night between 10 and 11:30 p.m. that a B.B. or pellet gun was being fired from a moving vehicle, causing damage to several parked vehicles and striking a person as they walked on Lakeview Avenue.

Witnesses observed a dark colored SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Suburban, in the area. Other incidents were reported on E. Second Street near Curtis Street, Falconer Street near Buffalo Street, Lakeview Avenue and Palmer Street in Jamestown.

Anyone with information regarding the vehicle or who the subject(s) involved may be is asked to call the Jamestown Police Department or the JPD anonymous tip line at 483-8477. All calls and tips will remain strictly confidential.
