One person is dead following a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 60 near Cassadaga Valley Central School.
At 3:35 p.m. Sunday, EMTs were called to a head-on collision near the school. At the time of the call, the coroner was requested at the scene. According to fire police, the driver of one of the vehicles was killed in the accident and the driver of the second vehicle sustained unknown injuries. New York State Police responded to the scene along with Chautauqua County Fire Police and Alstar Ambulance.
The New York State Police Accident Reconstruction Team was called to the scene to investigate.
