OTTO - A Gowanda man was killed when he lost control of his vehicle at 9:49 p.m. Friday on North Otto Road.
Police report Howard W. Miller, 64, of 3299 Foster Road, Gowanada, was driving on North Otto Road when he lost control of his Jeep Wrangler on a curve and was ejected from the vehicle. Miller was taken to by Otto volunteer firefighters to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
