Cassadaga Board To Meet Thursday

SINCLAIRVILLE - The next monthly meeting of the Cassadaga Valley Central School 75th anniversary committee will be held on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the multipurpose room at the middle/high school. Any graduate of CVCS is encouraged to attend this meeting to help make plans for the celebration of the school district. If unable to attend this meeting, regular meetings are held the first Thursday of each month in the same location and at the same time.

Friday Sale Set For Holy Family

Holy Family Center, former Catholic Academy of the Holy Family, at 1135 N. Main St., Jamestown, will hold a sale Friday, Sept. 7 and Saturday, Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Bookcases, office furniture, books, computers, office supplies, toys, desks/chairs, classroom materials and more will be on sale.

Care Manager To Speak Thursday

Janell Sluga, certified geriatric care manager for Senior Life Matters, a program of Lutheran Social Services, will speak on the help options for caregivers and how to pay for them Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Warner Place on the LSS campus, Aldren Avenue in Jamestown. The seminar is free and open to the public. Reservations are appreciated by calling Patty Eckwahl at 720-9122.

Music In The

Park Continues

SOUTH DAYTON - Music in the Park, featuring the Razz Dixieland Band, will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the South Dayton Village Park Gazebo. Participants should take lawn chairs. The summer music program is sponsored by the towns of Dayton and Villenova, village of South Dayton and New York State Council of the Arts Decentralization Regrant Program administered by the Cattaraugus Arts Council.

County Planning To Meet Sept. 11

MAYVILLE - The next meeting of the Chautauqua County Planning Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 4 p.m. at the Gerace Office Building, Room 331, 7 N. Erie St., Mayville.
