JAMESTOWN POLICE

Natalie Cintron, 19, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest at 3:19 p.m. Monday. Additionally, Maria Cintron, 26, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, and Haicha Burgos-Rodriguez was charged with petit larceny. According to a police report, officers were called to Family Dollar for a report of shoplifting suspects. The suspects were stopped as they were leaving the parking lot. The subjects are being held on bail until their arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE

Billings A. Cooke, 58, of Hyde Park, Vt., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday. According to a police report, officers responded to a business on East Main Street Extension in Falconer for a report of a person smoking marijuana. Cooke was issued an appearance ticket for the violation and will be in court later.

SALAMANCA POLICE

SALAMANCA - Kristen Peterson, 25, of Jamestown was taken into custody on a bench warrant out of the Salamanca City Court. Peterson posted $250 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Salamanca City Court later.

SALAMANCA - Matthew Schmidt, 24, of Cuba was charged with second-degree harassment at 11:50 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, the charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred in Salamanca. Schmidt will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

DUNKIRK - Alicia M. Christopher, 24, of Forestville was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:14 p.m. Monday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

DUNKIRK - Linda S. Thompson, 51, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday. She was later released to a third party.

COLLINS - Nikofi Nobel, 33, of Collins was charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in a prison and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 11:09 a.m. Monday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.

COLLINS - Timothy J. Heyden, 57, of East Concord was charged with failure to use a designated lane, operating a motor vechicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated at 9:28 p.m. Monday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.
