LAKEWOOD - A vehicle rollover sent two people to WCA Hospital on Tuesday evening.
According to Kurt Hallberg, Lakewood Fire Department chief, the incident took place at 6:09 p.m. at the intersection of Shadyside Drive and Hunt Road and involved a car and a minivan.
Though Hallberg was unsure of how the accident occurred, the car experienced damage to its front and the minivan settled on its hood. Passengers from the minivan were transported by ambulance to WCA Hospital in stable condition. Passengers from the car were not injured.

"There definitely needs to be a traffic light here," said Cory Nelson, passenger from the car involved in the accident. "This is the third accident I've seen here, and I was involved in this one. It could have been a lot worse than it was, too. I'm just glad everyone is okay."
