CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
MAYVILLE - Byron K. Oaks, 24, of Dunkirk, was wanted by the Sheriff's Office for criminal possession of a controlled substance. He has been arrested and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. His name has been removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.
HANOVER - Justin P. Simonetti, 25, of Lancaster, was charged with inadequate headlamps, DWI, DWI per se and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:45 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
HANOVER - Michael R. Kemp, 24, of Buffalo, was charged with having an open container of alcohol at 7 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
HANOVER - Mathew J. Hooker, 27, of Cheektowaga, was charged with having an open container of alcohol at 10:20 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
HANOVER - Bradley Sutton, 24, of Lancaster, was charged with having an open container of alcohol at 9 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
HANOVER - Steven W. Grimm, 20, of Gowanda, was charged with having an open container of alcohol under the age of 21 at 9:30 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
HANOVER - Ashley M. Golden, 24, of Buffalo, was charged with having an open container of alcohol at 7 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
POLAND - Bonnie S. Huber, 50, of Falconer, was charged with second-degree harassment at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. She will be in court later.
COLLINS - Julie A. Westermeier, 36, of Attica, was charged with first-degree possession of prison contraband, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell at 2 p.m. Sunday. She was held pending further action.
BRANT - Andrew G. Young, 20, of Brant, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree aggravated harassment at 3 p.m. Sunday.
