DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Marie Linnea Bjork of Daytona Beach, Fla., passed away July 29, 2012.
She was born September 18, 1919, in Frewsburg, the daughter of Kanock and Hulda Carlson Bjork.
In early years, she had been employed at the former Dahlstrom Manufacturing Corp., operated the Style Shop in Frewsburg, worked for Nord's of Jamestown as a sales clerk for 20 years and held many positions while working in the clothing and fashion industry.

She was confirmed and a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Frewsburg, where she sang in the choir before moving to Florida in the 1970s.
She is survived by two nephews: Roger Johnson and James Anderson; two nieces: Kay Pascarella and Marcia Bjork; a cousin, Beulah Landin, a grandnephew, Randy (Sherry) Bjork, grandnieces Bethany Bjork, Shelly (Mike) Schmatz, Cheryl (Craig) Thomas, Debi (Ed) Howard, Kim (Todd) Clark, many great-great nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, Marjorie Bjork, and her caregiver, Anna Berry of Daytona.
Besides her parents, Marie was predeceased by two brothers: Melvin and Maurice; a sister, Madeline Pascarella; nieces Janice (Roger) Johnson, Suzette (James) Anderson; a nephew, Timothy (Marcia) Bjork, and his son Chris Timothy, and an aunt, Evalina Bjork Gray, with whom she resided for several years.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg. The Rev. Mel McGinnis, pastor of the Kiantone Congregational Church, will officiate.
The Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg, is in charge of local arrangements.
