Bruce A. Gould, a senior accountant and auditor with Haines and Co., has received his license as a certified public accountant.
The CPA license is issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy to individuals meeting education and experience requirements who have passed a rigorous four part examination.
Gould is a 2007 graduate of Penn State-Behrend with a bachelor's degree in accounting and lives in Warren. He joined the company in 2007 and works principally with corporations, municipalities and not-for-profit clients.
