Harold and Elizabeth Stahlman of Portland, N.Y. celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 26, 2012, at the Brocton American Legion Hall, Brocton, N.Y. The celebration was hosted by their children Christine (Dana) Lindberg of Jamestown, N.Y., Joleen (Robert) Tabolt of Erie, Pa., Kathleen (George) Mozeika of Ault, Colo., Jeffrey (Cheryl) Stahlman of Ripley, N.Y., Ricky (Michelle) Stahlman of Pennsville, N.J., and Donald (Jackie) Stahlman of Portland, N.Y. They also have 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Out of state guest attended from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Kentucky, West Virginia, Nevada, Texas, Ohio and Colorado.
Stahlman and the former Elizabeth Wachob were married Aug. 24, 1952, in Clymer, N.Y. The Rev. J. Whippo performed the ceremony.
Stahlman retired from Welch Foods in Northeast, Pa. Mrs. Stahlman retired from Dr. Jeffrey Gerould's chiropractic office.
