Tedd F. Wilkins and Sandra L. Conway of Westfield, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Wilkins, to Andrew Hazenberg, the son of William and Patricia Hazenberg of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Wilkins is a graduate of Kansas State Univerisity College of Veterinary Medicine. She is employed Jamestown Veterinary Hospital. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown Community College and WyoTech. He is employed Chautauqua Marina.
A Sept. 22, 2012 wedding is planned.
