LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - Allen D. Terry, 65, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, being an unlicensed operator and not wearing a seat belt at 5 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, Terry was pulled over for not wearing his seat belt. Terry was taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
ELLICOTT - Randy Woodmansee Jr., 22, of Jamestown was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice Monday. According to police, officers pulled over a vehicle driven by Woodmansee on Howard Avenue in Ellicott for speeding. After running a warrant check, it was confirmed there was an active warrant for his arrest out of Erie, Pa. Woodmansee was placed in custody, arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
FALCONER - George T. Smith, 18, of Falconer was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Wednesday. According to police, officers were performing a property check when they saw a suspicious vehicle in a closed park in Falconer. Smith was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Debra Feltman, 43, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:05 p.m. Monday. According to police, sheriff's deputies and the Silver Creek Police Department responded to a report of a disorderly person. An investigation revealed that there had been an altercation and Feltman allegedly shoved another person. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
Keith L. Carlson, 54, and Julie A. Carlson, 51, both of Jamestown, were charged with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. According to police, an investigation revealed the Carlsons had $18,000 in unreported income and that they were in receipt of public benefits to which they weren't entitled. Both subjects were issued appearance tickets to be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
POLAND - Linda M. Tally, 36, of Kennedy was charged with second-degree harassment at 2:30 p.m. on April 14. Tally was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court later.
POMFRET - John A. Krupa, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent at 3:30 a.m. on Aug. 15. He was later released to a third party.
COLLINS - Jonathon Onn, 23, currently incarcerated in the Collins Correctional Facility was charged with assault while confined in the correctional facility and aggravated harassment at 1:12 p.m. on Aug. 14.
