LITTLE VALLEY - A Little Valley man has been charged with having sexual contact with two 6-year-old children.
Erick A. Kuhaneck, 20, of Little Valley, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor at 2:15 p.m. Friday. First-degree sexual abuse is a class D felony and can face a maximum penalty of seven years in prison. If convicted, Kuhaneck would also be required to register with the national Sex Offender Registry.
After an investigation peformed by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, it was found Kuhaneck allegedly had sexual contact with two six-year-old children on August 15.
Kuhaneck was arraigned in Salamanca Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
