JAMESTOWN POLICE
Christopher Meacham, 32, and Scott Meacham, 32, were both charged with second-degree harassment and trespassing at 12:57 a.m. Sunday. Additionally, Lisa Haight, 32, and Martin Martinez, 19, were both charged with disorderly conduct after a fight near East Seventh and Winsor streets.
Jason C. Green, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest at 12:13 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to Big Lots for a 911 call for help. A domestic incident had occurred inside and outside a vehicle parked in the store's parking lot. When Green was asked about the incident he fled from officers. He was stopped quickly, but continued to resist arrest until he was secured. An investigation showed Green unlawfully imprisoned a female and had bitten her. Additionally, he was found to have made threats to the 911 caller. He will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Thomas C. Bartlett, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and having inadequate brake lights at 4:07 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, an officer pulled over a vehicle being driven by Bartlett for having a brake light out. An investigation showed Bartlett was wanted out of Pennsylvania. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
Steven W. Hallmark, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration at 12:02 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the Woodlawn apartments for a fight. Upon arrival, they saw Hallmark on top of another person, fighting with him. As officers approached, Hallmark tried to walk away. Officers report Hallmark refused to stop and became aggressive towards the officers. He was taken to the ground and began to fight with police, but was subdued and taken into custody. He was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Leigh A. Gregory, 43, of Dunkirk, was charged with speeding, DWI and DWI per se at 3:25 a.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Scott E. McChesney, 22, of Panama, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 7 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, deputies received a complaint of a stolen bicycle that was found at a pawn shop in Lakewood. After an investigation, McChesney was found to have sold the bicycle to the pawn shop. He will be in court later.

GERRY - Bradley S. Rhoades, 21, of Celoron, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 8:08 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
ELLERY - Vicky L. Sanders, 43, of Bemus Point, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 12:45 a.m. Sunday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
Lori A. Carr, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 3:08 a.m. Sunday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
POMFRET - Joseph B. Keyser, 42, of Cassadaga, was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and violating the terms of his conditional license at 6:05 p.m. Saturday.
DUNKIRK - A 17-year-old male from Dunkirk was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of having a controlled substance in its non-original container at 4:55 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
SHERIDAN - Paige R. Niedbalski, 21, of Irving was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 12:14 a.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Matthew J. Harrison, 34, of Jamestown was charged with fleeing from an officer in a motor vehicle, DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 9:38 a.m. Friday.
GERRY - Brianna T. Webb, 20, of Bemus Point was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 3:25 a.m. Saturday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
GERRY - Audrey J. Milliner, 18, of Lakewood, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 3:42 a.m. Saturday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
FREDONIA - Joseph A. Jagoda, 23, of Dunkirk, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and DWI at 1:30 a.m. Saturday. He was released to a third party and will be in court later.
DUNKIRK - Quentin A. Watts, 19, of Dunkirk, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 4:55 a.m. Saturday.
POMFRET - Robert A. Hannah, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief at 4:15 a.m. Saturday. Additionally, officers executed two bench warrants.
RIPLEY - Patrick D. Gallagher, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI per se and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway at 3:12 p.m. Friday.
