CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
David J. Kessler, 26, of 11669 Route 98, Freedom, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment second degree at 8 p.m. Wednesday. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of David J. Kessler of Freedom for a warrant issued by Freedom Town Court. He was picked up at the Chautauqua County Jail and transported to Yorkshire Court for arraignment. Kessler was released to appear in Freedom Court at a later date.

MINA - David R. Gordon, 60, of 3201 Greenman Road, Findley Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se, at at 12:40 a.m. Friday. Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident in the town of Mina on Route 430. The motorcycle slid out from beneath him and in doing so, caught on fire and was destroyed. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver of the motorcycle, David R. Gordon, was intoxicated. He was taken into custody, charged and was later released on traffic tickets for the town of Mina Court. Findley Lake Fire Department assisted on the scene.
BROCTON - Brian K. Trask, 30, of 150 W. Main St., Brocton, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/harassment at 4:30 a.m. Friday. Deputies responded to a domestic incident at 150 W. Main St. in the village of Brocton. It is alleged that Brian K. Trask had choked a victim, cutting off their oxygen and harassed the victim by pushing them through a glass door. Trask was taken into custody, charged and was arraigned in the village of Brocton Court. He was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail, $1,500 cash/$3,000 property bail.
