JAMESTOWN POLICE

James W. Clark, 55, was charged with forcible touching at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, officers responded to 164 Chandler St. for a harassment complaint. A female victim at the residence told officers that Clark had touched her inappropriately. After further investigation, officers learned that Clark had attempted to place a folding pocket knife down the victim's bra, as well as squeezing her buttocks several times. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.

Christopher L. Suppo, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, officers responded to Cadili's Bar for a report of a robbery in progress. After an investigation, officers found that Suppo falsely reported the accident. While being interviewed, Suppo became disorderly and began swearing at officers. He was advised that he was under arrest and he began resisting the officers. He was brought into custody and taken to the city jail awaiting arraignment.

Kayla Waterman, 23, and Jason Waterman, 27, were both charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 7:10 p.m. on August 4. According to a police report, officers responded to the area of Harrison and N. Main streets for a report of unsupervised children. Officers saw a 4-year-old and a 5-year-old riding their bicycles on the side of the road, unsupervised. An investigation revealed that the children were placed in their bedroom at approximately 5 p.m., but were able to climb outside through their window. Kayla and Jason Waterman were charged and transported to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE

Charles Matthews, of Cleveland, Ohio, was taken into custody Tuesday on a warrant issued for theft of services that occurred in 2011. He was arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court where he posted bail and will return to court at later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

NORTH HARMONY - Anthony Krsyzckowski, 39, of Rome, Pa., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 10:03 a.m. Wednesday.

ELLICOTT - Raymond E. Hamilton, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

POMFRET - Jordan L. Reynolds, 25, of Cassadaga, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:50 a.m. Thursday and was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
