Operation IMPACT Makes Two Friday Night Arrests

An Operation IMPACT detail, targeted at parole and probationer compliance, was responsible for two arrests Friday evening.

The detail, which was made up of members of the Jamestown Police Department, New York State Police, New York State Parole, Chautauqua County Probation, New York State Liquor Authority and the City of Jamestown Housing Code Inspector checked a total of 51 locations. The locations checked included 15 liquor establishments and 36 residences.

Bradley L. Pangborn, 35, of Jamestown was charged with parole violation after he was found at his residence in violation of his parole conditions. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and later transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.

Tommy Williams Jr., 43, of Jamestown was also charged during the detail for harassment and criminal contempt during a check of a liquor establishment. Williams was taken into custody and transported to the city jail.
