Michael A. Lapp, 23, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault after a stabbing at 10:10 a.m. Sunday at 196 Barrett Ave.
According to a police report, Lapp and another man were fighting when Lapp stabbed the man with a knife. Lapp was charged at the scene and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
