LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Elizabeth A. Barker, 19, of Jamestown, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Friday on a bench warrant issued Thursday for failing to pay a fine. She was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail.
BUSTI - Laura M. Livengood, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI, DWI per se and failure to dim her head lights at 2:54 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, Livengood was pulled over for a traffic violation. She was taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets for the charges. She will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HARMONY - Mark E. Barnhart, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and second-degree harassment at 2:15 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, deputies found Barnhart in the middle of the road acting disorderly. He was taken into custody and began spitting on the windows, seats and floor of the patrol vehicle he was in while damaging the vehicle by kicking the windows and doors. While being taken out of the patrol vehicle, Barnhart started fighting with officers. Two officers were kicked, resulting in two additional charges of second-degree harassment. Barnhart was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
WARREN - Daniel Bevevino, of Russell, Pa., was charged with making terroristic threats and harassment at 3 a.m. on July 19 after threatening to kill a person.
