Judith Lynne Austin Miller

Judith Lynne Austin Miller departed this world after an extended illness on July 28, 2012, at around 10 p.m. at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y., with her loving husband, Steven Briggs Miller at her side.

Judy was born in Dunkirk, N.Y., on June 19, 1958, and was 54 years old. She has resided in Caledonia, N.Y., for the past seven years and had previously been a Brocton resident most of her life. She was a graduate of Broc-ton Central School, after which she worked as an ac-countant. She was a former member of St. Patricks Church of Brocton, N.Y.

Besides her husband, Steven Briggs Miller, she is survived by two sons: Christopher Miller of Broc-ton, N.Y., and Alann Miller of Brocton, N.Y.; two daughters: Stephanie Mill-er Gandy of Mt. Morris, N.Y., and Jennifer Miller Kunes of West Bloomfield, N.Y.; five brothers: David Austin of Brocton, N.Y., Rick Austin of Fredonia, N.Y., Daniel Austin of Mayville, N.Y., Joseph Austin of Portland, N.Y., and Shaun Austin of Broc-ton, N.Y.; two sisters: Shir-ley Faught of Colorado, and Deborah Hugg of Dunkirk, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; one grandchild on the way; and a great-granddaughter on the way.

Funeral services will be held from the Morse Fun-eral Home in Brocton, N.Y., on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, with the time to be an-nounce in the Wednesday edition of The Post-Jour-nal. Interment will follow at the Portland Evergreen Cemetery. Friends are in-vited to call at the Morse Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thurs-day, Aug. 2, 2012. Dona-tions in care of Steven Briggs Miller, P.O., Box 240, Brocton, N.Y., will be kindly and graciously ac-cepted by the family.
