JAMESTOWN POLICE

Robert L. Barr Jr., 40, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, during a traffic stop, Barr approached officers and began swearing. He was charged and taken to the city jail, where he was later released on bail.

Raymond C. Finch, 43, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, officers pulled over a car Finch was driving near 122 Euclid Ave. He will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

HANOVER - Todd E. Pokorski, 35, of Cheektowaga, was charged with failure to stop at a red light, DWI and aggravated DWI per se with a BAC of .18 percent or higher at 2:59 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies pulled Pokorski's vehicle over for not stopping at a stop light at the intersection of Alleghany Road and Route 5 in Hanover. He will be in court later.

HANOVER - Phillip V. Law, 46, of Irving, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:35 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, Law was seen standing in the middle of the road, using loud, abusive language in public. He will be in court later.

SHERMAN - Barry A Seekings, 52, and Stephanie L. Seekings, 41, both of Sherman, were charged with second-degree harassment at 9:15 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, deputies responded to a report of a fight at the Cooler Cafe in Sherman. Both were charged after allegedly attacking a bartender and another person. They will be in court later.

MAYVILLE - Robert D. Dillenburg, 44, of Dunkirk, turned himself in on probation violation charges Wednesday. A warrant for his arrest has been canceled and he has been removed from the Chautauqua County Most Wanted list.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

KIANTONE - Jacob J. Thomas, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17 at 6:08 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

Jesus M. Rosado Rivera, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21, DWI with child passenger(s) and DWI at 5:10 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

SHERIDAN - Mikol V. Rockwood, 21, of Irving, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, not having a license and failing to dim his headlights at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2011. He was held pending further action.

EAST OTTO - Michelle C. Booth, 32, of East Otto, was charged with second-degree identity theft at 4:05 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.
