Joseph and Donna Baker of Tonawanda, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Kristina, to Nicholas A. Langworthy, the son of Theodore Langworthy Jr. of Jamestown, N.Y., and Priscilla Lycett of South Dayton, N.Y., and the grandson of Theodore Langworthy Sr. of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Baker is a 2002 graduate of Kenmore East High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and criminal justice in 2006 from Canisius College. She is employed in the office of New York State Assemblyman Raymond W. Walter. Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Pine Valley Central School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2003 from Niagara University. He is employed as chairman of the Erie County Republican Committee.
A December 2012 wedding is planned.
