David Carl and Nancy Lee Johnson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner. The dinner was hosted by their children: Jodelle and Michael Koinski and Reed and Tina Johnson. They also have five grandchildren: Kendelle, Rachael and Samantha Kosinski, and Zackary and Jarrett Johnson.
Johnson and the former Nancy Lee Brooks were married July 28, 1962, in the Busti Federated Church, The Rev. DeWayne Cunningham performed the ceremony.
