JAMESTOWN POLICE

Michelle L. Monroe, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment at 2:45 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers responded to a call that reported that a woman had a gun. Police report Monroe pointed a loaded hadngun at another woman. Monroe was charged and taken to the city jail without incident.

Kevin M. Melquist, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal trespassing at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, Melquist entered a person's home without permission and refused to leave after being asked. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail without incident, pending arraignment.

Timothy J. Donohue, 32, of Cheektowaga, was charged with DWI, driving with no headlights and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 2:07 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers pulled Donohue's vehicle over after they saw him driving the wrong way on East Second Street near Pine Street. Donohue was taken to the Jamestown City Jail on cash bail.

Justin M. Fred, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:25 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, officers were sent to 301 Winsor St. for a report of a disorderly man. When officers arrived, police report Fred continued to swear loudly in public. He was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.

Randy L. Harrington, 49, of Jamestown, was charged with public consumption of alcohol at 4:15 p.m. Sunday after officers were dispatched to Big Lots for a man outside the store with open alcohol containers begging for money. Harrington was found to be in possession of two open 24 ounce beer cans. He was taken to the city jail without incident.

LAKEWOOD BUSTI POLICE

A 17-year-old girl was charged with petit larceny at 6:20 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, she was seen stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart by employees. She will be in court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE

DUNKIRK - Stephen R. Partyka, 28, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana, passing a red light, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle at 4:15 p.m. Thursday. He was charged after being pulled over for passing through a red light and almost hitting another vehicle. Police then found an estimated $1,500 worth of marijuana in the vehicle packaged for street sale. He is being held without bail pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

FREDONIA - Nicole Plezewski, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged with DWI, DWI per se, speeding and failure to keep right at 3:45 a.m. Saturday According to a police report, deputies saw Plezewski's vehicle speeding on Brigham Road coming out of the village of Fredonia. She will be in court later.

BROCTON - Paul R. Dunn III, 29, of Brocton was charged with being a fugitive from justice at 10 p.m. Saturday and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until an extradition hearing. He was wanted out of California for violating a felony parole.

HANOVER - Shaun C. Lawson, 24, of Cheektowaga, was charged with DWI, DWI per se and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:48 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, deputies had dealt with Lawson shortly before he was charged and had told Lawson he was intoxicated and was not to drive his vehicle. Deputies then saw Lawson driving. He will be in court later.

DUNKIRK - Brittany E. Nopper, 20, of Cassadaga, was charged with DWI, DWI per se, failure to keep right and consumption of alcohol in a vehicle at 2:03 a.m. Sunday. Nopper was pulled over after police saw the vehicle she was driving cross over the double yellow center line. She will be in court later.

HANOVER - Matthew E. Ohleman, 23, of Cheektowaga, was charged with speeding, failure to maintain lane, DWI and DWI per se at 1:58 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

SHERIDAN - Christina Coleman, 31, of Dunkirk, was charged with speeding, DWI per se and DWI at 5 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies pulled Coleman over after seeing her speeding on Route 5 in Sheridan. She will be in court later.

POMFRET - Douglas A. Mott, 50, of Cassadaga, was charged with crossing a hazard marking, aggravated DWI, DWI, and DWI per se at 6:33 p.m. on July 1. According to a police report, Mott was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane and found to be intoxicated after an investigation. He will be in court later.

NORTH HARMONY - Patrick Kutschke, 40, of Sugar Grove, Pa., was charged with following too closely, failure to signal 100 feet before turing, DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 3:10 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, the Sheriff's Office received a report of an erratic driver. A patrol officer then saw the vehicle following too closely behind another car and failing to signal 100 feet before turning. Kutschke was pulled over and charged. He will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

ELLICOTT - Ronald M. Livk, 71, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI at 12:59 a.m. Sunday. Livk was released to a third party and will be in court later.

STOCKTON - Kristen M. Brooks, 38, of Mayville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and DWI at 3:34 p.m. Saturday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.

SHERIDAN - Robert E. Mazurek, 60, of Dunkirk, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and DWI at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. He was issued appearance ticket to be in court later.

SHERIDAN - James L. Hupcej, 22, of Silver Creek, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and DWI at 4:30 a.m. Sunday. He was released to a third party and will be in court later.

ELLICOTT - Benjamin M. Gray, 21, of Sinclairville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and DWI at 3:25 a.m. Saturday. He was released to a third party and will be in court later.

SHERIDAN - Timothy E. Van Wey, 43, of Dunkirk, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and DWI at 2:47 a.m. Saturday. He was released to a third party and will be in court later.

DUNKIRK - Adam J. Fuller, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged with DWAI by drugs at 9:10 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

POMFRET - Zachary L. Saden, 25, of Fredonia, was charged with fourth-degree stalking at 12:02 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

RANDOLPH - Leslie L. Brown, 39, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:22 p.m. Thursday. She is being held pending further action.

COLD SPRING - Heather Honey-Barrett, 34, of Warren, Pa., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday. She will be in court later.
