Reservations For Reunion Due
Reservations for the Jamestown High School Class of 1949's annual picnic must be in before Friday, July 27. The price for a full chicken barbecue with all the fixings is $12 a person. Those who do not have a flyer can reserve with a check made out to the Class of 1949, sent to Sally Devine, 102 School Ave., WE, Jamestown, N.Y. 14701. Mission Possible Begins Monday
FLUVANNA - The Fluvanna Community Church will host the vacation Bible school, Mission Possible, presented by Forrest Ministries from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, July 27. Featured will be singing, crafts, live characters and game shows daily. A wrap up picnic for the entire family will be at 6 p.m. Friday. Library Book And Bake Sale Set
BUSTI - The Hazeltine Public Library will hold its book and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 28, with its bag sale from 1 to 3 p.m. The library will be closed for all regular business Friday and Saturday, July 27-28, for the sale and setup. JHS Class Of '72 To Meet Friday
The Jamestown High School Class of 1972 will hold its reunion July 27-28. Events include a cruise on the Summer Wind at 3 p.m. on July 27 and a dinner at the Elks Club in Jamestown at 6 p.m. on July 28 with music by Smokehouse. Reservations can be sent to Geraci & Co, 18 E. Third St., Jamestown, NY 14701. The cost is $15 for the cruise and $35 for the dinner. Checks can be made payable to JHS Class of 72 Reunion. JCC Class Of
'62 To Gather
Jamestown Community College's Class of 1962 will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a reunion on Saturday, July 28, at the Jamestown campus. Members of the classes of 1961 and 1963, as well as guests, are also invited to attend. The reunion will include a reception, dinner, campus tour and slide show. Participants are encouraged to bring photos from their time at JCC to share with the group. Details are available by contacting JCC's alumni relations office, 338-1056.
City Concerts

The City Summer Bandshell Concert series will feature Take 2 at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. The free concert series is held at the Goranson Bandshell in Allen Park. As in previous years, members of the Allen Park Women's Club will continue in their tradition of providing coffee, fudge and other baked goods during all of the concerts. All concerts are free to the public and everyone is urged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets or park their vehicles close by and listen to the music from the comfort of their car.
