Free Bluegrass Music Tonight

CELORON - There will be free bluegrass music at the Celoron American Legion tonight from 7 to 10 p.m. Bluegrass musicians are welcome to take a turn on stage. Backwoods Bluegrass will be the host. Backwoods Bluegrass will be at the Jefferson Township Fair, 7409 Lamor Road, Mercer, Pa., on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Meeting Time Changed

LEON - Celebration Fellowship Church on the corner of Route 62 in Leon has changed its meeting time to 6 p.m. Sunday nights for July and August. Fellowship will follow the service. The church is also seeking an organist or piano player.

Summer Concert Series Continues

CELORON - The Village of Celoron Summer Concert Series will feature ''Willow Creek Country Music," Wednesday, July 25 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Desi Arnaz Bandshell. In case of rain concerts will be in Community Center at Lucille Ball Memorial Park.

Gospel Concert Set For Sunday

ELLINGTON - The Ellington Community Church, 5009 Thornton Road, will host a gospel concert featuring the band Higher Ground at 3 p.m. Sunday. Refreshments will be served following the concert. The church is handicapped accessible. For more information, call 962-5168.

Masons To Run Free I.D. Station

DUNKIRK - Chautauqua County Masons will be doing a free Masonic Safety I.D. Program at the Chautauqua County Fair from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily Monday through Sunday, July 29, in the commercial building. Adults and children under 17 with parental approval are invited to participate in this program, where medical history, pictures and fingerprints are on a CD. When given to the police, they download the information into their car computer and transmit it to other police agencies.
